Small business websites, live in five business days

Replies in the evening, every day

Navarre · Pensacola · Gulf Breeze · Destin · Fort Walton Beach

Your website goes live by Friday.

When someone needs what you do, they search, they glance at what comes up, and they pick. If what they find is a Facebook page from last spring, they usually keep scrolling. Five business days from now, they won’t.

What I do

  • Small business websites

A complete site for a business that has never had one, or has been getting by on a Facebook page.

  • Website redesign

The site exists. It just loads slowly, looks its age, and has never brought you a call.

  • Local SEO setup

Getting found by the people two towns over who are searching right now.

  • Website care plans

Hosting, updates, and edits handled so the site does not rot.

  • AI assessment

One conversation about how your week runs, then a written report of where AI would actually give you time back.

Why me

You’ll be dealing with one person, not an agency. And probably someone with more in common with you than you’d expect.

My day job is a plumbing technician. I’ve stood in somebody’s kitchen explaining what’s wrong and what it’ll cost, so we’d probably agree on what your customer actually wants to hear. It isn’t jargon. It’s a price, and a time you can be there. That’s what a good site says for you before the phone even rings.

Your time is worth something too, which is why this isn’t a six-week discovery process. Five business days, and the price is settled before anything starts, so it’s off your plate rather than hanging over it.

There’s no account manager and no handoff. You talk to me, and when something breaks at 7 PM on a Tuesday, you get me on the other end rather than a ticket number.

Recent work

Real sites for real businesses on this coast. Here are two.

Pro-Grade Trailer Rentals homepage: a dark hero over a photo of a flatbed trailer, headline "Trailer Rental in Milton, FL", with Book a Trailer and call buttons.

Equipment rental · Milton, FL

Pro-Grade Trailer Rentals

Two trailers, and every booking ran through phone tag. Renters wanted to know what was free this weekend, and the only way to find out was to call and wait for a callback.

SeaChange Mental Health homepage: the headline "Room to breathe, and care that listens" above two office cards, Navarre with a photo of the provider and Crestview with a photo of the brick office building.

Psychiatry practice · Navarre and Crestview, FL

SeaChange Mental Health

The old WordPress site had been hacked and was quietly serving casino spam to Google. At the same time the practice was opening a second office with a second provider, each with their own booking calendar, and a patient landing on the wrong one was a real risk rather than a cosmetic one.

Questions I get asked

How can a website be finished in five business days?
Because the scope is fixed before I start. We agree on the pages and the content on the call, I build from a system I have already built many times, and I do not disappear into revision rounds.
What do you need from me?
Your services, your service area, and any photos you already have. If you do not have photos, tell me on the call and we will work out what to do about it.
Do you work outside the Emerald Coast?
Yes. Most of the work is remote. I am based on this coast and know these towns, but the process is the same anywhere.

Tell me what you’re working with

A few lines about your business and what you need. No pitch deck, no pressure. I’ll tell you honestly whether I can help, and if I can’t, I’ll point you to someone who can.
