AI assessment for small businesses

One conversation about how your week runs, then a written report of where AI would actually give you time back.

Who this is for

You keep hearing you should be using AI and nobody has told you where. You run a service business with a few people on the payroll, you are the one holding most of it together, and there is no tech person to hand this to. You are probably answering the same questions by email every week, copying numbers from one place into another, and losing the odd lead because nobody could pick up at 8 PM. This is for that. It is not a pitch for software, and I am not going to tell you to replace your team with a chatbot.

What you get

  • A 45-minute conversation about what you do, who does what, which tools you already pay for, and what eats your week
  • A written report in plain language that names your biggest time sinks and the specific off-the-shelf tool that fixes each one, with what it costs per month
  • Every fix sorted by effort against payoff, so you can see which ones are an afternoon and which are a project
  • A four-day plan for the quick wins, so the report turns into something you actually do rather than a PDF in a folder
  • An honest estimate of the hours per week each change gives back, with the tool costs taken off, so you can judge whether any of it is worth doing
  • A 30-minute walkthrough call where I go through every recommendation and you ask whatever you like
  • A clear line between what you can set up yourself and what would need building, with no obligation to hire me for the second half

How it works

  1. The call Twenty minutes. What your business does and whether an assessment is worth your money. If you already have someone handling this, I will say so. Price agreed before you get off the phone.
  2. The conversation Forty-five minutes, on the phone or over video. I ask about your day, your people, your software, and the jobs you would hand off tomorrow if you could. That is the whole of your homework.
  3. Two business days I go through everything you told me, work out where the time is actually going, and check that every tool I am about to recommend does what it says. Then I write it up and send it over.
  4. The walkthrough Thirty minutes on a call, going through the report page by page. You leave knowing what to set up this week and what to think about later.
  5. After that The quick wins are yours to do. If the bigger items in the report are worth building, that is a separate job with its own quote, and there is no pressure to take it.

This is a paid piece of work rather than a free consultation, and it is a fixed fee agreed on the call. You get the report whether or not you hire me for anything afterwards. The fee moves with the size of the business, because a two-person shop and a team of thirty do not have the same week to untangle.
